International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO)
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a non-governmental international standard-setting organisation with a membership of 172 national standards bodies. It establishes best practices for a wide range of activities and sectors.
Once finalized, ISO/CD 59004 standard will cover topics related to the circular economy and provide a framework and principles for implementation of practices to demonstrate alignment with circularity of design, use, reuse and recycling.
