LME Responsible Sourcing Requirements
London Metal Exchange (LME)
The LME Responsible Sourcing Requirements apply to all current and future LME-registered brands, i.e., companies trading their products on LME's platforms. It sets out requirements to: implement OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High Risk Areas; maintain ISO 14001; and maintain ISO 45001. Compliance with all aspects of the requirements will be 31 Dec 2023.
